Eric Grimm

Eric Grimm is the Service Operations Manager at Telcion. Eric has over eight years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on providing remote tech support, configuring and deploying new equipment, troubleshooting workstation and server issues, and writing SOPs. Eric has also been responsible for designing and maintaining company intranet pages, configuring and deploying Spector360 monitoring software, and compiling monthly security reports. In addition, Eric has experience in building, configuring and maintaining servers, as well as in monitoring network status using SolarWinds. Eric is also a VMware systems Administrator and has experience in designing and maintaining disaster recovery sites.
