Chris Plummer has extensive experience in underground utility coordination and project management. Since January 2011, Chris has worked at MP Nexlevel, LLC, initially as a project coordinator and later taking on the role of underground coordinator. In addition, Chris has been serving as a foreman at Telcom Construction, LLC since August 2021, further enhancing expertise in the utility construction industry.

TelCom is a specialized contractor providing construction and maintenance services to telecommunications providers throughout the United States.
