Omar Lopez, SHRM-SCP, is a goal-driven and accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR initiatives and organizational design. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Telcom Construction, LLC, Omar previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Le Sueur Incorporated, and Director, HR Business Partner at Blattner Company. With a solid educational foundation including a master's degree from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, Omar has continually focused on enhancing employee engagement, optimizing talent acquisition, and driving organizational growth through effective HR practices.
