Thomas Kelley has extensive experience in the construction and telecommunications industry, currently serving as Outstate Manager at Telcom Construction, Inc. since February 2016. Additionally, Thomas has been involved with TCS Communications since September 2015, focusing on construction. Prior to these roles, Thomas was the BAU Manager at Lambert Cable for a brief period in 2015 and served as Regional Manager-Construction at TCS Communications from July 2005 to February 2015.
