Michael M.

Michael M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael started their career in 2008 as an IT Technician (Work Experience) at Manchester Academy. In 2009, they gained further IT experience as an IT Staff (Work Experience) at ITIS Holdings plc, where they suggested an open-source internal application and assisted in the migration of live Exchange accounts.

Moving forward, in 2012, Michael worked as a Desktop Engineer (Contract) at The University of Manchester, where they were responsible for unpacking and installing PC machines and troubleshooting desktop equipment. Simultaneously, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Thisispulp, managing the store and delivering high-quality customer service.

In 2014, Michael briefly worked as an IT Support Engineer (Contract) at MediTech Media, answering calls, troubleshooting queries, developing laptop images, and managing AV rental equipment. Michael then joined Zoom Media in 2015 as an IT Support Technician, providing internal IT support and deploying national adverts to gym sites.
