Servio Lima is an accomplished telecom executive and consultant, specializing in AI and process optimization. With extensive Cx level experience across the telecom value chain, Servio has a solid foundation in strategy, IT, marketing, finance, and sales from roles at multinational companies. They hold a master's degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Fribourg.
