Menna Youssef is an experienced professional in customer experience and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Telda since January 2025. Previously, Menna held the position of Head of Operational Excellence at WAVZ for Digital Transformation and worked as the Head Of Customer Experience & Call Center at Raya Trade from December 2020 to December 2023. With a solid background at Orange Egypt as a Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Expert, Menna has focused on enhancing product and service usability through ergonomic testing and user assessments. Menna's early career included a role in Technical Support at Orange Business Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Ergonomy and New Technology from Paris Descartes University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
