Alo Jalgma

Alo Jalgma is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in core network planning and project management. Currently serving as the Baltic Networks Project Manager at Tele2 since January 2003, Alo oversees planning, dimensioning, and integration of core network elements, while managing projects related to technical solutions and new services. Previously held roles include Baltic Core Network Planning Manager at Tele2 Eesti AS from 2003 to September 2020, where responsibilities encompassed planning core networks for GSM, 3G, and LTE systems. Alo's professional journey began at LM Ericsson, providing support for GSM/3G core systems, followed by a technical engineer position in core network operations at Tele2. Alo holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
