Dmitry Miskov

Dmitry Miskov is an accomplished professional in procurement with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently, Dmitry serves as the Head of Network and IT Procurement at Tele2 since October 2020, overseeing procurement activities for network and IT resources in Tele2 Russia. Prior to this role, Dmitry held multiple leadership positions at VEON from July 2015 to October 2020, including Head of Transport Procurement and Head of Passive Equipment Procurement, where responsibilities encompassed group-wide procurement for various equipment types. Dmitry's earlier experience includes tenures at VimpelCom and MTS Group, where procurement actions for mobile, fixed, and core IT equipment were managed. Dmitry holds a PhD in Engineering/Industrial Management from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation, and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Radiologic Technology/Technician from the same institution.
