Eva Ekengren

Eva Ekengren has extensive experience in incident and process management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of NOC at Tele2 since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team and managing Incident and Change Management practices. Previously, Eva held various roles at Com Hem AB from November 2012 to June 2019, including Incident Process Manager and Operations Architect, focusing on process management, performance, and continuous improvement. Additionally, early career roles at Tele2 and Com Hem encompassed team leadership and DNS/IP administration. Eva holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Space Engineering from Luleå University of Technology and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Stockholm University.
