Ida Ullsten has extensive experience in service management and customer support, having worked at Tele2 since May 2012 in various roles including Service Manager for B2B Delivery & Operations and Service Coordinator for B2B Sales Operations. Prior to Tele2, Ida gained customer support experience at 3 Sverige from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Ida worked as a hairdresser from 2005 to 2009, first at Björn Axén and then independently. Ida's education includes training at Björn Axén Academy from 2004 to 2006 and studies at Nolaskolan from 1999 to 2002.
