Johan Thomas

Johan Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Starting as a Tutor in 2011, they motivated and trained high school students in Math and Physics. In 2012, Johan worked as a Junior Consultant at Unleash Global, focusing on sales strategy and organizational development. Johan then joined Universum in 2013 as a Digital Strategist, handling strategy and implementation services for digital Employer Branding and recruitment campaigns. Johan also took on the role of Talent Relations, responsible for headhunting local talent in various countries. In 2014, Johan co-founded Onlineakademin ideell förening, a non-profit organization that provides free educational material to students. Johan also worked as a Web Developer and Coach at JT Productions, designing and building websites while leading coaching programs. In 2017, Johan founded Webnerds, a creative web agency where they served as CEO, handling sales, managing the company, and working hands-on with projects as a strategic advisor, UX designer, product owner, and project manager. Johan'smost recent role, starting in 2020, is as a UX Designer & Product Owner at IT-HUSET. Currently, Johan is working at Tele2 as a Lead UX Designer - Customer Care since 2022.

Johan Thomas attended Uppsala University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering Physics. In 2010, they also obtained a Coaching Certification from the Svenska Coaching Institutet (SCI).
