Neacsu Valentin

Neacsu Valentin is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Head of Networks at Tele2 since February 2022, Neacsu has previously held significant positions including CTIO at Київстар from February 2015 to November 2021, and at Djezzy from October 2013 to February 2015. Additional experience includes roles as Business Risk Manager and Technology Quality Governance at Wind, Core and Operations Director at Djezzy, and Development Manager at Orange Romania. Neacsu's career began as an Installation & Maintenance Engineer at Special Transmission Service Romania and as a Researcher at the Army Research Institute. Neacsu Valentin holds a Master of Engineering degree in Digital Image Processing from Bucharest Politechnic University, completed between 1986 and 1991.
