Niklas Ibrahim

Niklas Ibrahim is an experienced domain architect and product manager with a substantial background in telecommunications, having worked at Tele2 since April 2013 and previously at Ericsson from November 1998 to April 2013. Currently serving as the Domain Architect for Digital Channels IT B2B at Tele2, Niklas drives the transformation of digital channels through agile methodologies and a focus on future-proof technology. His tenure at Tele2 includes roles as Product Manager for Cloud Solutions and Unified Communication, where Niklas managed complex product lifecycles and navigated significant market growth, and as a Technical Pre-sales Specialist engaging with clients in large tenders. At Ericsson, Niklas held several product management and technical roles, including Product Manager for Sales Readiness, Strategic Pricing, and Systems Tester, contributing to successful product launches and market shifts toward SaaS models. Niklas holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtained in 1998.
