Daniel Laguna

Daniel Laguna is the Operators and Partners Relations Manager at Telebras and has been a civil-service employee since 2013. With a multicultural background as a Brazilian and Italian citizen, they possess over a decade of experience in strategic partnerships, digital inclusion, and public management. Daniel graduated with a BA in International Relations and holds multiple executive certificates. Currently pursuing a specialization in Analytical Psychology, Daniel aims to integrate clinical practice with public management to support individual and collective well-being. They are also a classically trained pianist and co-founder of Tack Commercial Consulting, alongside their role as a pro bono Secretary of the Italian Community Committee in Brasília.
