Ashraf Labib

Ashraf Labib is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in consumer marketing and operations. Currently serving as the Mobile VAS/Roaming Senior Manager at Telecom Egypt since January 2015, Ashraf manages business requirements for the billing system, develops USSD services, and initiates agreements with content and service providers. Prior to this role, Ashraf was the Manager of Media Services & Content Operation, overseeing IPTV and OTT products. Ashraf's career includes significant positions at ARPU+ as Country Manager for KSA and Yemen, and at Orange Egypt, where various roles focused on enterprise accounts and corporate sales. Ashraf holds a B.A. in Commerce with a major in Accounting from Cairo University.
