Islam ElDesouky is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector with a focus on enterprise service assurance and presales management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Service Assurance Section Head and Presales Manager at Telecom Egypt since December 2009, Islam leads presales activities for gated communities and designs IoT-M2M solutions within the FTTH services portfolio. Prior roles include Enterprise Operation Supervisor at TEdata and Enterprise Team Leader at Etisalat Misr. With a robust educational background, Islam holds multiple Master of Business Administration degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and related fields from ESLSCA University and Paris ESLSCA Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
