Mahmoud Sayed

Mahmoud Sayed is an experienced marketing and management professional currently serving as the VAS & Content Manager for Mobile Marketing at Telecom Egypt since August 2018, where responsibilities include designing value-added services and overseeing projects through to their go-live phases. Additionally, Mahmoud holds the position of Lead Generation Marketing Manager at Stormbreaker Digital and previously worked as a Membership Associate at TechGC, and VIP Audience Coordinator at Apex Assembly. Prior experience includes a role as a CRM Specialist and Outbound Sales Specialist at TE Data, focusing on customer retention and sales reporting, as well as serving as a Sales and Info Contact Center Specialist. Mahmoud's career began in marketing and public relations at World Tourism and Aviation Magazine, managing relationships with VIP customers and developing marketing strategies. Mahmoud graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Cairo University in 2011.
