Mina Ramsis

Mina Ramsis has over a decade of experience in IT and technical support, currently serving as IT Business Management Supervisor in the Business analyses team at Telecom Egypt since December 2018. In this role, Mina is responsible for interfacing with business units to comprehend and analyze requirements aligned with strategic objectives, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation. Prior to this position, Mina held various roles within Telecom Egypt and TE Data, including FTTH Technical Field Support Section Head and Supervisor, leading teams in the installation and configuration of optical network units and triple play devices. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Specialist at Square Cube Communications, providing support for end users and resolving technical issues.
