Moataz Ibrahim possesses extensive experience in digital customer experience and sales within the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Customer Experience at Telecom Egypt since March 2008, Moataz leads the design and development of digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer experiences for both consumers and B2B clients. Previously held roles include Indirect Sales Manager and Point of Sales Section Head at Telecom Egypt, where Moataz excelled in strategic planning and operations management across multiple sales locations. Additional experience includes consultancy in digital customer experience with RMG, supervisory roles in direct sales, and foundational positions in sales and marketing at various organizations. Moataz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Cairo University and has augmented qualifications with specialized coursework in customer experience management from The American University in Cairo and a foundation degree in International Business from Missouri State University.
