Warren Balcom

Warren Balcom currently serves as the Director of Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance at TeleComp, where responsibilities include educating businesses on safeguarding against cyber threats and guiding organizations through cybersecurity and compliance requirements. Previously, Warren held the role of Compliance Manager, ensuring clients meet regulatory and cybersecurity insurance requirements while preparing for audits. Warren co-founded Kalmer Solutions, LLC, where as Central Arkansas Market President, the focus was on providing proactive IT solutions for businesses. Prior to that, Warren served as President and COO at Kalmer Solutions, LLC, and was the President of NEASEM Business Systems, Inc. Warren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Arkansas State University.
