Dalima Abraham has extensive experience in IT and administrative roles, currently serving as Team Lead at Telecon since December 2017 while also holding responsibilities as a Permit Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Previously, Dalima worked as a System and Network Administrator (Co-op) for the Town of Greater Napanee in early 2017, focusing on installing, supporting, and maintaining computer systems, user administration, and system performance optimization. Dalima holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking and Technical Support from St. Lawrence College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
