Michael Daigle

Michael Daigle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering operations and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Engineering Operations Manager at Telecon since November 2020, Michael has also been self-employed as an Organizational Consultant since June 2016, focusing on helping clients overcome operational challenges and enhance productivity through coaching strategies. Previously, Michael held the position of VP of Recreation and Program Development at the YMCA of Greater Saint John, overseeing various operational aspects. Additional roles include Business Manager for Custom Fabricators and Machinist Limited and several positions at Emera, where responsibilities spanned project management and field operations. Michael holds a diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from New Brunswick Community College and has furthered education at the University of New Brunswick and Dalhousie University.
