Simon Lorne

Simon Lorne is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Vice Chairman & Chief Legal Officer at Millennium Management LLC since March 2004, Lorne is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law since January 2023. Lorne holds a position on the Board of Directors at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, where the role includes Chairing the Audit Committee. Other significant roles include Vice Chairman and Director at DeAnza Land & Leisure, and serving as Chairman of the Council at AIMA from 2016 to 2020. Lorne's past experience encompasses roles at the National Center for State Courts, Stanford Law School Directors' College, and as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford’s Centre for Corporate Reputation. Lorne earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. in Economics and Psychology from Occidental College.
