Kevin Watson

Kevin Watson is currently serving as the Group Health & Safety and Facilities Manager at Telefónica Tech since September 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of Office Manager at Incremental Group from September 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing office operations and implementing administrative policies to improve productivity. With experience as a Learning and Development Manager at Advice Direct Scotland Ltd from October 2018 to June 2021, Kevin focused on employee development through the design of comprehensive learning programs. Prior roles at Etihad Airways spanned over a decade, during which Kevin progressed from Cabin Crew to Training Manager, coordinating training programs for safety, general procedures, and fleet operations. Kevin began a career in project coordination as a Project Support Coordinator at LCC UK Ltd.
