Michael Sloan

Michael Sloan has extensive experience in order management and procurement, currently serving as the Head of Order Management at Telefónica Tech since November 2020. Prior roles at Telefónica Tech include Team Leader for Services Order Management and Purchasing, along with responsibilities as a Procurement & Contract Specialist. Prior to this, Michael worked at Novosco in Sales Support and Purchasing from June 2018 to November 2020, and served as a Senior Customer Support Advisor at Wrightbus from 2013 to 2018. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Liverpool Hope University, completed in 2013.
