Simon Roe Ambcs

Simon Roe AMBCS is an experienced Service Design and Transition professional currently leading the Service Design and Transition team at Telefónica Tech since November 2019, ensuring the successful onboarding of customer projects into managed services. Prior roles include leadership positions at CANCOM and OCSL, where Simon managed large-scale service transitions and service delivery for multiple clients. Additional experience spans roles in service delivery management at Freedomcomms and Kelway UK Ltd, as well as consultancy and support roles at Computacenter, beginning in 1996. Simon holds a GCSE from Sir John Laws School in Harpenden.
