Steven Braden

Steven Braden is an experienced network engineer currently serving as an L2 Network Engineer at Telefónica Tech since May 2023. Prior to this role, Steven was the NOC Team Lead at Fibrus from February 2021 to May 2023 and Technical Support Lead at DisplayNote Ltd between January 2019 and February 2021. Earlier in the career, Steven held the position of NOC Supervisor at GTT from March 2015 to January 2019 and worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Eircom NI from July 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a point of contact for clients and monitoring alerts. Steven's career began at BT Ireland between 2011 and 2013 as a Global Network Engineer and Helpdesk Analyst, providing support to a large user base and managing network faults. Education was completed at Ballyclare High School from 1987 to 1992.
