Ivan Viteri

Ivan Viteri serves as the Head of Network Architecture for Core, Platforms, and Services at Movistar (Telefónica Hispam) since July 2021, leading a multi-country team in network architecture design and technological evolution planning for eight Mobile Network Operators across Latin America. With extensive experience at Telefónica from April 2004 to October 2021, Ivan held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of Planning & Engineering for various platforms, overseeing project management, budget administration, and device certification. Prior experience includes a position as Planning Supervisor at BellSouth International, Inc. Ivan holds advanced degrees in Business Administration from multiple institutions, including an MBA in Marketing, and has furthered education in Digital Transformation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and International Management at Harvard University.
