Matthew Gratton

Matthew Gratton, CIPP/US, is a seasoned professional specializing in AI governance, compliance, and privacy with extensive experience spanning multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of AI Governance & Compliance practice area and Compliance Program Manager at Teleion since July 2021, Gratton has successfully created AI programs for clients, collaborated with Microsoft to operationalize its Responsible AI initiatives, and implemented tools for stakeholder inquiries. Prior to Teleion, Gratton held various analytical roles at Nordstrom, where responsibilities included managing privacy incidents, conducting assessments for vendor partnerships, and administering compensation plans. Gratton began the career in the US Army as an MLRS Crewmember, achieving accolades for service and professionalism during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
