Teleios is a nonprofit technology workforce development organization dedicated to bridging the gap between basic coding skills and production-ready DevOps engineering.

We function as a "Talent Refinery," identifying high-potential individuals in Africa and equipping them with elite, globally competitive skills in Cloud Native technologies.

Our Mission: To democratize access to high-value technology careers by removing financial barriers to advanced technical education.

What We Do: Unlike traditional bootcamps that focus on "Hello World" tutorials, Teleios operates an apprenticeship-style model. Our fellows gain hands-on experience by:

Building and managing cloud-based Kubernetes clusters.
Building cloud platforms using IaC.
Contributing directly to CNCF open-source projects (ArgoCD, Helm, etc.).
Building Observability solutions to ensure uptime and proactive monitoring.
Deploying scalable, containerized applications for real-world use cases.

Our Impact: We provide full scholarships to qualified engineers, covering training, mentorship, and infrastructure costs. Our graduates are trained not just to pass exams, but to manage complex, high-availability systems from Day 1.

Legal Status: Teleios is a registered Incorporated Trustee (Non-Profit) in Nigeria.
