Michael Assi

Michael Assi is an experienced executive in the software industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Valsoft Corporation since March 2018 and as Chief Executive Officer at Aspire Software since January 2017. Under Michael's leadership, Aspire Software manages Valsoft's extensive portfolio of over 80 software companies, focusing on mission-critical solutions and rapid growth through strategic best practices. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations & Strategy from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. Additionally, Michael has held multiple board member positions at various companies, including NOW BOOK IT, Inatech, Telematel, and VSN Innovation & Media Solutions, and previously served as President and CEO of InnQuest Software and in various senior roles at Ericsson.
