Nikola Kirov

Nikola Kirov is an accomplished leader in International HR, Change Management, and Talent Acquisition with over 15 years of experience collaborating with professionals from more than 60 countries across six continents. They founded NK Consulting in 2018, where they provide recruitment and change management services, and have held several key HR roles including Human Resources Director at American University in Bulgaria and Head of Human Resources at LEAD Consult. Nikola's extensive background also includes significant contributions as a Recruitment Consultant and Service Delivery Manager in various organizations. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource and Quality Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen. Currently, Nikola serves as Human Resources Manager for Telematic Interactive and CT Interactive.
