Carl Gray has over 15 years of experience in engineering and project management at Telamon. Since December 2014, Carl has held multiple roles, including Engineering Manager and Project Manager for Advanced Engineering Services, where responsibilities include planning, executing, and delivering complex projects. Carl successfully managed national installation platforms during the pandemic, ensuring support for critical infrastructure and creating new opportunities for clients. Previous roles include Installation Manager and Installation Supervisor, where Carl showcased expertise in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale installation projects, such as those supporting Airscale 5G for major U.S. service providers. Earlier experience at Telamon as Lead L-4 Field Tech/Senior Technician involved maintaining quality control and leading field operations for various major hardware manufacturers.
