Misael Perez

Misael Perez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in media and contact center management. Currently, Misael serves as a Call Center Supervisor at AAA Club Alliance and a Contact Center Supervisor at Massachusetts Health Connector since 2020. Misael is also involved in media production and broadcasting as a Media Advisor and Producer for La Voz Hispana de Connecticut, where responsibilities include hosting the live radio show "Somos Puerto Rico" and conducting interviews. Additional roles include Senior Journalist at FarandulaHD and Media Advisor at Telemundo Puerto Rico. Misael has a strong foundation in digital media as the Director of Digital Media at EnlaceSiete MediaSolutions, where Misael manages media campaigns and analytics. Prior experience includes managing workforce operations at LogistiCare and overseeing call center operations at Notebook City Corp. Misael holds a degree from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
