Marcel Errath

Marcel Errath is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in enterprise architecture and transformation management, currently serving as the Danish Lead Solution Architect within Telenor's European Transformation Program since January 2010. In this role, Marcel oversees customer-facing applications and has previously managed CRM and Customer Service areas as a Senior Lifecycle Manager. Prior to Telenor, Marcel worked as a CRM System Architect at Sonofon, leading the implementation of a new customer service system, and served as an IT Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, where a provisioning system was developed for a Danish mobile operator. Marcel's consultancy experience includes owning Errath Consultancy Aps and Webwise Design Ltd, and involvement with significant projects such as the implementation of a Siebel system for a major bank. Marcel began a career as a Software Developer at Brüel & Kjaer and has consistently focused on CRM and telecommunications throughout the professional journey. Marcel's educational background includes studies at Body Mind Academy, Brüel and Kjaer Denmark, and Sengeløse Skole.
