Usman Rashed

Usman Rashed is a Project Manager and Manager of Data Core Planning & Optimization at Telenor, specializing in Packet Core and Cloud infrastructure. With a robust background in project management and service delivery, Usman has successfully overseen the design and deployment of 4G/5G Core networks while managing financial planning and RFP processes. Previously, Usman held notable positions at Jazz, Zong CMPak Ltd, Huawei Technologies, and Mobilink, where they contributed significantly to cloud transformation and network optimization. Usman holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology and has a keen interest in educating others through community outreach.
