Jonathan Green

Jonathan Green has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jonathan started their career at Ericsson in 2001 as a Support Engineer for Optical Networks, providing technical support and managing faults in a 24/7 NOC environment. Jonathan later transitioned to the role of Upgrades & Migration Engineer, where they designed and implemented upgrades and migrations on customer equipment. Jonathan joined Nokia Siemens Networks in 2011 as a Support Engineer for Microwave Backhaul, where they provided support for Vodafone's microwave backhaul network and performed tasks such as monitoring hardware and provisioning new circuits. In 2011, they returned to Ericsson as a Circuit Provisioning Engineer and later became a RAN Transmission Project Engineer, providing 3rd line support for EE and Vodafone's backhaul networks and supporting various projects.
