John Watson

John Watson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, operations management, and supply chain management within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at telent Technology Services Ltd since February 2005, John is responsible for driving new orders and managing the complete sales cycle in the highways business. Previous roles at telent include BDUK Programme Manager and Supply Chain Operations Manager, where John managed significant contracts and streamlined production processes. Prior to telent, John held various managerial positions at Marconi Interactive Systems and Marconi PLC, overseeing manufacturing operations and repair services for high-volume products. John’s career began at GEC Plessey Telecommunications and Joy Global, complemented by an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.
