Josh Irwin

Josh Irwin has over 18 years of professional experience. Josh began their career in 2004 as an Intern at the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System. In 2005, they joined the U.S. General Services Administration as a Realty Services Specialist. In 2007, they joined WellSpan Health and held various roles, including Director of Physician Recruitment, Administrative Director, Business Manager, and Financial Analyst. In 2022, they became the Chief of Staff at Teleosoft. During their time as Business Manager at WellSpan Health, they were responsible for compiling annual operating and capital budgets for the Surgical Service Line, analyzing capital investment opportunities from an MIRR and NPV perspective, and managing ongoing data collection, reporting, trending, and benchmarking activities in support of service line operations, strategy realization, and performance improvement.

Josh Irwin attended York College of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance. Josh then returned to York College of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business.
