An Pham started their work experience in 2007 as a Software Developer at Vayyoo Inc. In this role, they were part of a team that implemented a central manager application for Innovapost handheld device, designed and implemented the Vayyoo flagship product on BlackBerry OS, and implemented automation tests for Vayyoo products. They also helped develop a web portal for Vayyoo.

In 2010, An Pham joined Telepin Software as a Senior Software Developer. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing new features and frameworks for Telepin's flagship products for mobile transactions. They were also part of a team that worked with the Bill and Melinda Foundation to design the standard API for interoperability payment - MojaLoop. Additionally, An Pham played a role in redesigning and refactoring Telepin's current products to make them cleaner, scalable, robust, and reusable.
