Abby Raven

Abby Raven is a seasoned professional in product management, currently serving as Director of Product Management for Customer Engagement at TeleSign since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing customer engagement strategy and driving innovation within the company's SaaS model. Prior to TeleSign, Abby held various roles at Syniverse Technologies for over a decade, culminating as Product Management Director and Senior Product Manager, where significant achievements included launching an international product that generated over $22 million in new revenue. Additional experience includes managing SMS campaigns at Vapor Mobile, leading product management efforts at Switch and Data, and serving in various product management and implementation roles at Syniverse from 1990 to 2007. Abby holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Science from the University of South Florida.
