Doris Chen is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Telesign, where they manage key strategic accounts in Greater China and drive revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Previously, Doris served as a Customer Success Executive at Infobip, supporting key projects across the APAC region and focusing on account management in various industries. Doris also held the position of Marketing Data Analyst at 明略科技集团, successfully renewing contracts for all clients through effective data analysis and advertising strategies. They were Vice President at AIESEC in Mainland China, where they led the Global Volunteer department and significantly increased volunteer engagement.
