Juan Rivera

Juan Rivera currently serves as the Partner Account Director for the U.S. and LATAM regions at Telesign, a position held since March 2020, and has previously held roles including Senior Solutions Engineer and Solutions Engineer, as well as Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Telesign, Juan Rivera worked at Convoso as a Senior Customer Success Manager from January 2014 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Juan Rivera gained experience in business development at The Goetzman Group in 2013 and served as an Account Manager at CallSource from 2005 to 2010.
