Mengchen Li is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security leadership. Currently serving as Head of Information Security at TeleSign since May 2021, Mengchen previously held the position of Executive Director of Information Security at Allergan from October 2008 to December 2020, where a significant focus was placed on developing security strategies, leading investigative teams, and enhancing operational effectiveness in cybersecurity incident management. With earlier roles at Deloitte & Touche, Citi Residential Lending, and TransCanada, along with an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Engineering from RMIT University, Mengchen possesses a robust technical foundation combined with strong business acumen in the field of information security.
