Marcin Henrykowski

Marcin Henrykowski has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Marcin is currently working as a Software Development Leader at Teleste since May 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Nokia for over 10 years in various roles. From July 2015 to March 2018, they served as a Technical Project Manager, leading the implementation of commercial IMS VoLTE / VoWiFi and SIP Trunking solutions in Poland. Marcin was responsible for pre-sales activities, project planning, risk management, and leading a multi-cultural team. From December 2007 to July 2015, Marcin worked as a Software Integration Consultant, focusing on Intelligent Network (IN) solutions and leading network deployment and system integration for over 20 million subscribers. Before joining Nokia, they were a Software Engineer at Lucent Technologies from April 2005 to 2007.

Marcin Henrykowski completed their education in Computer Science. Marcin earned a Master's degree from Nicolaus Copernicus University from 2001 to 2006, and prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in Computer Science from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie between 1999 and 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Marcin also obtained the Prince2 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT in April 2015.
