Calvin Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Calvin started their career at Zilog as the Director of Strategic Development, where they negotiated strategic partnerships and multi-million dollar intellectual property agreements. Calvin then joined Surgient Networks as Director/Manager of Business Development, responsible for international market development and strategic partnerships. Following that, they worked at Metrowerks as the Director of Netcomm Marketing/GM, leading a worldwide product marketing team and managing the P&L for the Networking/Communications portfolio. Calvin later joined Freescale Semiconductor as a Marketing & Business Development Manager and then as the Operations Manager, overseeing a global organization and managing product marketing and business development for Ultrawideband wireless technology. Harrison's next role was at IneoQuest Technologies, where they held various positions such as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, and finally President and CEO. Calvin successfully led the transition from hardware-based solutions to virtual software offerings in the cloud and facilitated a shareholder M&A transaction to Telestream Inc. Currently, they serve as the President of Video Quality and Analytics at Telestream, where they are responsible for integrating IneoQuest into a standalone business unit and managing its sales, engineering, product strategy, and engineering development. Harrison has extensive experience in operations management, marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and P&L responsibility.

Calvin Harrison completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 1985 to 1990. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from The University of Texas at Austin between 1997 and 1999.
