John Riley

John Riley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John is currently the Vice President of Sales Engineering EMEA at Telestream, a role they have held since October 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Sales Engineering EMEA at Telestream from March 2021 to October 2023. Before joining Telestream, John worked at Masstech Innovations as the VP Presales & Projects, overseeing the global presales and projects team for the Masstech & SGL Portfolio of software solutions in the Broadcast/Media & Entertainment sector. John held this position from May 2017 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Software Generation Limited (SGL) as the Director of Presales & Professional Services EMEA from August 2002 to May 2017. John also has experience as the Technical Division Manager at Tomtec Co Ltd in Tokyo, Japan, from September 1995 to June 2002. John started their career as a Trainee in Mobile Telecommunication Development at Toshiba Corporation in Toyoda, Japan, from August 1993 to September 1994.

John Riley attended the University of Plymouth from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Beng (Hons) degree in Electronic Communication Engineering.
