Wanda Floyd

Wanda Floyd is an experienced Training Supervisor at both TeleTech and TTEC since May 2017, demonstrating a solid background in training and development. Prior to these roles, Wanda served as a Medical Office Assistant at Calvary Internal Medicine in early 2013, managing patient interactions and payments. Additionally, Wanda worked as a Medical Biller at Southeastern Regional Medical Center from October 2007 to July 2012, where responsibilities included claim submissions and follow-ups.
