Daniela Hernández Giacaman is a psychologist specializing in mental health, ontological coaching, and public health. They hold a degree in psychology from Universidad Central and have obtained various certifications, including a diploma in strategic management of training and ontological coaching. With 15 years of experience in mental health and organizational development, Daniela has worked in both public and private sectors, focusing on improving interpersonal relationships, planning, organization, and assertive communication. Currently, they serve as the Head of Organizational Development and Training at Teletón, overseeing national development and training initiatives.
